The Director of Professional Services Leader for Kronos’ Workforce Management software platform will be a highly visible, key role within Jubilant, reporting to the Chief Delivery Officer. From sales to implementation, you will work to develop a program that will align with our current service lines. This role will be collaboratively developing a service practice from the ground up so you will need to be broadly skilled in day-to-day operations (selection, team management, cost retention, etc.) as well as strategic program development, differentiating their brand through the use of Kronos Software. As an Implementation Consultant (IC) within the Jubilant Team, we see 100% client satisfaction as our focus. Our job is to ensure success, so when presented with a situation that compromises customer success, you must think outside the box and deliver solutions that will ensure customer satisfaction. Our IC’s support clients as the point person from Jubilant in driving the overall UltiPro application launch project. You will manage a variety of project types and sizes as assigned by leadership and will carry out the work leveraging your own experience in combination with Ultimate Software training and Jubilant’s proven project methodologies. Project tasks include requirements gathering, data discovery, project planning, business process transformation consulting, core UltiPro HR/Payroll functional configuration, testing/validating, and managing the transition to go-live and the turnover to Ultimate Software’s customer support team. You will be managing single, or multiple projects as needed based on size, type, and complexity. Our IC’s understand project management techniques and processes for UltiPro based projects.
Our Senior Implementation Consultants (Sr. IC) support clients as the point person from Jubilant in driving the overall UltiPro application launch project. What makes our Sr. ICs “Senior”? Our Senior ICs have current and direct UltiPro knowledge and come to us as certified UltiPro experts, giving you the ability to take on client cases within a month or two of joining Jubilant. You can demonstrate SQL skills beyond the basics needed for standard implementations and utilize SQL for efficiency in your projects. In addition, you are willing to think beyond your own work to directly assist in the growth of less experienced team members. As we continue to grow, you will be instrumental in our ability to expand our team organically.
Our TCs support clients who will be activating Ultimate Software and will manage a variety of project types and sizes as assigned by leadership. Our TCs will carry out their work leveraging their own experience in combination with Jubilant’s proven project and Ultimate Software’s activation methodologies. Project tasks can include data conversion, business intelligence report writing, and/or interface development. TC’s support our Implementation Consultants and Project Managers in these tasks as part of the entire project team. You will be managing multiple projects as needed based on size, type, and complexity. Projects will warrant that our TC’s demonstrate strong task management expertise, as well as specific product knowledge, data mapping, testing, analytical and design skills. Qualified candidates are self-starters with exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills who are highly-motivated to provide excellent customer service. Candidates will also possess a general knowledge of payroll and/or human resource concepts and regulations and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, exciting environment.
As a Project Manager (PM) within the Jubilant team, the PM is responsible for process and project management/oversight for their assigned projects. They may also produce direct client work as needed. Qualified candidates will have strong experience managing multiple high-complexity projects simultaneously, and are experienced in effective communication, resource allocation, supervision/coaching and team collaboration across the organization. Qualified candidates will demonstrate strong emotional intelligence and psychological capital to effectively coach team member on emotions and manage client sentiment and negotiate solutions. Qualified candidates will also exercise leadership and organizational management skills to ensure all assigned projects meet Jubilant’s quality expectations, time and cost estimates. PM will actively solution risks to ensure these estimates are not exceeded without potential scope review and contract negotiations in collaboration with Customer Success and Leadership. The PM ensures projects are delivered on time and on budget, meeting the customer’s stated and implied business needs.
