Story

In 2016 our founder, Katherine Gregorski, combined her 25 years of work as an HR and Payroll practitioner (10 of those years as an UKG client/consultant) and her Operational Excellence expertise to launch Jubilant. Jubilant has since built a team of Certified UKG Pro Consultants who are both HR/Payroll practitioners and UKG experts. Katherine’s passion for starting Jubilant is founded on the purpose of Humanizing the World of Work by building meaningful relationships with every person we interact with.

Our goal is to serve as your guide through the UKG Launch process, keeping your team on track with task execution, and celebrating each successful implementation milestone with you straight through the go live and beyond.
